Quality Analysis of fixed assets based on factor analysis model

Abstract

The paper adopts factor analysis model to rank 63 general equipment companies in the manufacturing industry in 2019. Firstly, the quality evaluation system of fixed assets is constructed. Secondly, the applicability analysis, factor extraction and rotation, factor score are carried out by factor analysis method, and the comprehensive score of fixed assets quality is calculated. Thirdly, the quality of fixed assets of the first-ranked enterprises is analyzed to verify the explanatory power of the fixed assets quality evaluation system.
