Abstract

In this paper, a control model is set in which the AC running with lower frequency and fixed operating time while meeting users requirements. An aggregation control algorithm is designed achieving full advantage of the energy saving potential or optimal economy. The power network planning model is set with consideration of demand response incentive costs through genetic algorithm optimization. A numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the method.
考虑逆变空调总负荷需求响应的电网规划研究
