Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the national economy, consumers’ material and spiritual needs are also increasing. The rise of various hotels and the competition of traditional hotels make the development of tourism hotel products in Caidian District and facing opportunities and challenges. 随着国民经济的不断提高,消费者的物质和精神需求也在不断增加。各类酒店的兴起和传统酒店的竞争,使得蔡甸区旅游酒店产品的发展面临着机遇和挑战。本研究基于卫生动机因素理论,以武汉市蔡甸区自2021年底以来旅游酒店的现状为切入点,以2015 - 2019年蔡甸区旅游消费收入数据为基础,分析蔡甸区旅游酒店的交通状况及区域特色资源分布。本研究通过对蔡甸区酒店的消费者满意度评价,找出蔡甸区旅游酒店产品存在的问题,并探讨适合酒店产品发展的新路径,提出相应的对策建议。
