Abstract

A mathematical model is discussed of the lateral field excited crystal resonator employing thickness-shear vibrations of an even anharmonic mode. The resonator is combined with a convex piezoelectric plate and two one-sided electrodes. The influence of the electrodes edges upon the frequency spectrum is examined by the perturbation theory.
