Methods of data collection using questionnaire method. Questionnaire method used to collect data of family environment variable, school environment, role of teacher in learning process and motivation learning. The questionnaire test was conducted on 30 students. Validity and reliability test using SPSS version 21.0. Abstract

The research aims at finding the correlation between family environment, school environment, teachers role, school environment with motivation of learning of the students in Grade XI of Mechanical Expertise Program of State Vocational High School 2 of Karanganyar.
