The study substantiates the concept of an economic and mathematical model for assessing a cross-channel information system, which provides information on the change in the level of digital maturity of a financial institution, depending on the quantity and quality of modification of existing banking products and services. The practical use of a conceptually new model makes it possible to carry out a mass assessment of a unified cross-channel information system, depending on the analysis of the adequacy of empirical distributions of the values of potential losses when they are reduced. Abstract
