Abstract

Our recent research regarding sheet beam extened interacion oscillators (SB-EIOs) are presented in this paper. In recent years, we have conducted the research of terahertz-band SB-EIOs around two issues: (1) to increase the output power, and (2) to extend the tunable frequency bandwidth.
