The result of this study found that 321 respondents out of a total of 350 agreed the problem that mutually agreed by the user is on the credible aspect from UX Honeycomb, there are a lot of inaccessible information or a page that didn’t show any information, with the approval rate of 91,71%. Abstract

User experience (UX) is a form of user’s perspective, their psychological reaction also their response on how they’re using a product, service, or system. Every system should have a good UX in order to minimize user confusion and getting good feedback from the user. However, from the questionnaire that distributed to 103 users of Kalimantan Institute of Technology’s integrated information system, several problems were found.
