The research instruments were a Web-Based Instruction with constructivism theory on Photoelectric Effect, an instruction quality assessment form, a learning achievement test on Basic Programming Language with Item Objective Congruence (IOC) = 0.67-1.00, Difficulty Index (p) = 0.22-0.78, Discrimination (r) = 0.25-0.69 and Reliability (KR 20) = 0.91, and a learning satisfactory questionnaire with IOC = 0.67-1.00 and Reliability = 0.93. The data were analyzed by using arithmetic mean ( (cid:27)(cid:3365) ), standard deviation (S) and Paired t-test for dependent samples. The results showed that the content quality and media production quality of the Web-Based Instruction with constructivism theory on Photoelectric Effect were at a high level ( (cid:27)(cid:3365) S Learning achievement of the students was found to increase with significantly higher post-test scores when compared to the pre-test scores at 0.05. The students’ satisfaction toward the instruction was at an excellent level ( (cid:27)(cid:3365) = 4.56 and S = 0.60). Abstract
