Software for the analysis and control model of the sinter charge composition

Abstract

В данной статье описывается математическая модель, которая используется в программном обеспечении модели анализа и управления составом агломерационной шихты. Представленная математическая модель корректирует состав шихты при изменении расхода материалов. Воздействие на шихту происходит за счет регулирования расхода известняка. Критерий качества - основность шихты. Представленная модель производит ее расчет, выявляет возможные причины отклонения (при наличии). Модель построена с применением алгоритмов машинного обучения. This article describes the mathematical model that is used in the software for the analysis and control of the sinter charge composition. The presented mathematical model corrects the composition of the sinter charge by changing the consumption of materials. In our case, the effect on the charge is due to the regulation of the limestone consumption. The criterion for the quality of the charge is its basicity. The presented model calculates the basicity of the charge and identifies possible reasons for the basicity deviation, if any. The model is built using machine learning algorithms.
