COMPLEIÇÕES AMBIENTAIS E O TOMBAMENTO DO PATRIMÔNIO DO ENCONTRO DAS ÁGUAS DOS RIOS NEGRO E SOLIMÕES NA CIDADE DE MANAUS/AM

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the issues related to the environment and the administrative registration of the Meeting of the Waters of the Negro and Solimões Rivers, which has been constantly the object of government plans and business ventures in the city of Manaus/AM. The research will analyze the complexion about the environment such as fauna, flora and waters, its banks and surroundings, since this site is a unique place of environmental, cultural and civil intervention interests in apparent conflict with the social and environmental issues of those who inhabit the place as well as its material importance for the region. The second section of the study will analyze the current stage for solving the merits of this problem, as well as the results indicate that the right to cultural heritage surpasses the individualistic conception of economic interest.
