Abstract

This paper aims at achieving the optimum allocation of communication load in switched industrial Ethernet. Optimization problem is formulated and two critical optimization indices together with the objective function are proposed. Then evolutionary algorithm is implemented to solve the multi-object problem. Simulation test shows that the performance of the proposed strategy is superior on all indices when compared with other three allocation strategies.
