In light of the problem of large data volume, discrete urban transformation data storage and clustering analysis efficiency, a preprocessing model based on discrete and rasterized check-in data is proposed. The spatial autocorrelation test of urban transformation data and service industry development shows that it has significant spatial clustering characteristics. Taking Xi'an City as an example, this paper carries out data mining and assaying of urban transformation and service industry development.
