The supporting factors for implementing such management include local government support, an adequate organizational structure, and the ability of teachers and parental support. Abstract

This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
