The objective of this study was to identify to the factors associates of the little adhesion to the exclusive breast feed and to it weans it precocious, aiming at to contribute with knowledge that assist to revert this scene. One is about literature revision. It identified that, beyond having unfamiliarity concerning the benefits of the breast feed, myths and baseless beliefs they contribute to make it difficult the adhesion to such practical. Moreover, breast-feeding suffers influences from the context, as of the availability of the mother, and the access the resources as milk in dust and baby's bottles.
