Abstract

This work presents a high-efficiency rectifier for RF energy harvesting (RFEH) and wireless power transfer (WPT) at 2.45 GHz ISM band. A dual stub matching network and a voltage doubler topology using an HSMS2862 diode are used to design a rectifier. The simulated maximum RF-to-DC power conversion efficiency (PCE) is 81.5% at 13 dBm input power. Moreover, simulated PCE is more than 50% for input power range from −1.5 dBm to 14.7 dBm at an optimum load of $2 \mathrm{k}\Omega$.
