Abstract

Over the past 2 years, in India, a significant rise in the number of people having access to the internet has been observed. Owing to its extensive fame, there is a huge quantity of user reviews or thoughts produced and shared every day. In this project hotel and product reviews will be collected, pre-processed, scrutinized and visualized using open-source tools to achieve text mining and sentiment analysis for examining user contributed online reviews.
