Abstract

舵手操纵技能训练课模拟训练思路的探讨

为提高《舵手操纵》船舶技能培训课程的教学效果，同时根据舵手操纵技能培训课程的特点，分析了模拟训练思想对舵手操纵技能培训的影响，进而对舵手操纵在培训教学活动中面临的主要问题进行了研究。本文还分析了舵手操纵技能训练课的模拟训练效果，设计了舵手操纵技能训练课的模拟训练功能，提出了将模拟训练思想应用于技能操作的几点思考。从总体上提出了《舵手操纵技能培训课程》的培训改革思路，为培养先进人才、推进现代化建设提供参考。
