Abstract
This article presents the results of the development of the S-band transceiver module. A series of measurements of the X-parameters of high-power S-band amplifier was carried out. The results of comparing the computer simulation of S-band amplifier based on the compact model and measured X-parameters are presented. The results of computer simulation and measurements of the devices included in the transmitting path, the main technical characteristics of the transmitting path of the developed transceiver module are presented.
