Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa FKIP Untan semester pertama, dalam penggunaan Mendeley dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Metode dalam workshop ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan bimbingan berkelompok maupun pribadi. Kegiatan ini terbagi atas tiga tahapan. Pertama, tahap perencanaan yang berupa identifikasi masalah dan penyusunan proposal. Kedua, tahap pelaksanaan, yakni pelatihan Mendeley dan pendampingan. Ketiga, tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan sikap positif dari mahasiswa yang dimulai dengan rasa keingintahuan yang tinggi dan kemampuan dalam memasang dan mengoperasikan Mendeley dalam lembar kerja ilmiah mereka. The background of this workshop activity was the initial identification results regarding the needs of students in implementing reference managerial applications as a tool to facilitate citations, search literature, and efforts to minimize plagiarism in writing scientific papers. Based on this needs analysis, this activity aims to provide an understanding to first semester FKIP Untan students, in the use of Mendeley in writing scientific papers. The method in this workshop uses lecture methods, question and answer, demonstrations, and group and personal guidance. This activity is divided into three stages. First, the planning stage in the form of problem identification and preparation of proposals. Second, the implementation stage, namely Mendeley training and mentoring. Third, the evaluation stage.
