Abstract

This paper provides the design of a Model Predictive Controller (MPC) using the Generalized Predictive Control (GPC) algorithm applied to grid-connected inverters with LCL filter. The main objective is to obtain a current controller that ensures reference tracking capacity for sinusoidal references and rejection of specific harmonic disturbances produced by grid voltages. The closed-loop system with the GPC controller is evaluated through time and frequency response analysis.
