Abstract

The article analyzes the situation in the field of domestic higher education, which arose in connection with the sanctions policy of Western countries and the end of the participation of Russian universities in the Bologna process, which marks the progress towards a single space of higher education. The article reveals the provision that the educational space, like any space created by the efforts of people and supported by their active participation, is part of a wider communicative space and is a product of a communicative culture. In the university environment, this culture has deep roots and adheres to the traditions built on their basis.
