Abstract

The Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV), which is the only unchangeable component of nuclear power plant, is the main barrier to prevent the radioactive leakage of nuclear power plant, its life determines the life of nuclear power plant directly . RPV has been accepted as the focal point of aging and life research all the time. In this paper, the aging and life management system of RPV of nuclear power plant is presented, the function reference model of aging and life management is discussed, the systematic goal are particularly introduced and the system function in detail. The development system has been already put into operation in nuclear power plant which builds the good foundation for the aging and the life management of RPV. Many previous problems have been resolved effectively via the RPVALMS.
