Frequency dependences of phase differential at the external port of the device, the standing wave coefficient and the voltage were analyzed, respectively, for a phase of 45 and 90 degrees. A theoretical analysis of the basic performances of a phase-shifting device that was created on the basis of a rectangular guide with conductiong diaphragms has been carried out. The design and characteristics of the phase shifter were given to obtain a phase shift of 45 and 90 degrees. It has been shown that designs of such devices that consist of several such sections have sufficiently effective characteristics. The paper demonstrates a comparison of the numerical dependences of the developed phase-shifting device obtained by FEM, FDTD and wave matrix methods.
