Abstract

The energy saving & emission reduction (ESER) is the main objective for energy-intensive industries, which will be accomplished with technological innovations and policy guidance. This paper compares the ESER technologies in six energyintensive industries and analyzes their potentials. Based on this, an index system is established to evaluate the ESER effects for 20212025 (the “14th Five-Year” periods).
