Abstract

Space shadowed by obstacles or indoor structures, e.g., space inside a building, is covered by poor incumbent signals and is unable to provide any useful incumbent services. The time-frequency slots in this space are ignored for a long time and in this paper we investigate the possibility to reuse them.
