Abstract

The article lists and characterizes the types of activities and the basis for the creation of all firms (companies) of the legal form that are widely distributed in Georgia on the basis of the Law on Entrepreneurs, as well as in other countries of the world. Firm-company-enterprise-organization is a special element of the country's economic development and economic relations. Due to this, the market supply and demand is balanced, and the exchange-distribution process is carried out, which is possible in the presence of manufactured products, work performed and services provided.
