Abstract

Solid state power controller (SSPC) has been widely used in spacecraft. At present, its power distribution and protection mostly adopt the "SSPC + fuse" mode. In order to prevent the SSPC from acting first when the downstream load is short-circuited, resulting in the power failure of the entire channel, accurate SSPC protection characteristics must be obtained during the matching analysis. Through the analysis of SSPC protection circuit, the calculation model of SSPC protection time and the upper and lower limit curves are obtained, and a matching design method of SSPC and fuse used in series in spacecraft power distribution system is given. The simulation and experimental verification are carried out with a 100V-SSPC used in a satellite as an example, and the correctness and feasibility of the matching design method are proved.
航天器配电系统中SSPC与熔断器串联的匹配设计方法
