The research method used was qualitative descriptive with a phononology study approach. Data collected by interviewing, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the teacher had a role in KPRI Junior High School 1 of Baraka namely the active role of members and the non-active role of members to form a business that established a consumption cooperative that has a shari'ah system.
