Abstract

Human Brain is complex biological structure that contains several regions. Various regions of brain together performs language processing and forms a network of regions. Network formed during language processing is observed by structural and functional connectivity. Structural connectivity of brain regions refers to structural correlation between the elements of regions. However the functional connectivity refers to functional association between different brain regions. Different types of MRI can be used to show the structural connectivity and EEG, MEG and fMRI are used to show functional connectivity of various regions of brain. In this study, we have discussed different structural and functional connectivity involved in language processing. Finally we have discussed the computational methods as well as computational linguistic model that can be used for language processing.
