Walter Benjamin y lo antropológico. Hacia una distensión de lo humano y lo no-humano

problemática, por momentos convergente, por momentos divergente, respecto aquellas alternativas, al tiempo que se muestra la originalidad de sus planteos en lo referido al estatuto de lo antropológico, bajo la idea directriz de una distensión de lo humano y lo no-humano. In this study, we approach the intellectual itinerary of Walter Benjamin’s thought from the point of view of his anthropological orientation. In this sense, we reconstruct the field of inscription of this perspective, describing an arc that goes from ethnology or classical anthropology to philosophical anthropology and Critical Theory. We aim to show that early anthropology and the anthropological materialism defended by Benjamin are in a problematic relationship, due to Benjamin’s way of converging or diverging from different anthropological approaches. In this confrontation, the original statute of the anthropological in Benjamin’s thought is exposed through the main idea of a looseness of the human and the non-human.
