Employer’s Control as an Attribute of a Labor Relation: History and Development Tendencies in the Conditions of Digitalization

Abstract

The article examines the evolution of the control of the employer as a factor of an employment relationship. The concepts of “employer’s control” and “algorithmic management” are formulated. The necessity of legislative restriction of the employer’s right to control by establishing criteria for its admissibility is proved.
