These slots are equal in area. It includes the square, rectangle, circle and elliptical shaped geometry. The designed antenna has shown a return loss of -26dB. The VSWR value for the designed antenna is 1.1 at a resonating frequency of 8.51GHz. Besides radiation pattern and gain of the antenna were also studied. The designed antenna has its wide application in UWB region. Abstract
