This paper explores a pharmacy where there was high turnover of pharmacists. The average tenure for employees was 18 months. As a result, organizational development consultants were brought in to provide recommendations to review and make recommendations to resolve misalignments. Essentially, organizational success is dependent upon employee performance and employee retention.
