As a result, organizational development consultants were brought in to provide recommendations to review and make recommendations to resolve misalignments. Essentially, organizational success is dependent upon employee performance and employee retention. Abstract

Pharmacists are accessible healthcare providers who also gatekeep between drug manufacturers, healthcare providers, and patients. Pharmacists are responsible for safe, effective, and rational use of medicine in the communities they serve; therefore, they play important roles in global healthcare delivery.
