Abstract

During the spinning forming process of chitosan and collagen absorbable suture, the diameter is uneven. To solve this problem, this article provides a diameter control system of absorbable suture which based on generalized predictive control (GPC) algorithm. The system consists of the diameter detection module based on linear CCD, the control module based on STM32, the actuator of reverse series type double hydraulic cylinder.
