Abstract

The proposal of ‘New Business' is a development and innovation of traditional business science, which provides a strategic solution to the talent training requirements and models in the new business era. This paper lays research focus on ‘new business' practical teaching standard design, so that capabilities, courses, enterprises, students can be determined via standard design, thereby achieving the goals of ‘order-oriented training’, ‘customized training’ and ‘embedded training’. “新商务”人才培养实践教学标准设计
“新商业”的提出是对传统商业科学的发展和创新,为新商业时代人才培养的要求和模式提供了战略性的解决方案。本文将研究重点放在“新商务”实践教学标准设计上,通过标准设计来确定能力、课程、企业、学员,从而达到“订单式培养”、“定制式培养”和“嵌入式培养”的目的。以能力提升为目标,以实践教学体系为载体,以项目体系为路径,构建系统、动态、渐进的“三元柔性耦合实践教学模式”是十分必要的。“新商务”实践教学体系由认知实践、课程实践、自主实验、校外专业实践、毕业论文(设计)五个部分组成。
