Abstract

Research on the active behavior of employees from the perspective of organization has become a research hotspot in the organizational field. This paper explores the role of inclusive leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational justice in influencing the active behavior of new generation employees. Through hierarchical regression and bootstrap analysis, the findings reveal that there is a partial intermediary role of emotional commitment, normative commitment, and continuous commitment between inclusive leadership and active behavior. Organizational justice has a regulatory effect on the mediating role of emotional commitment and continuous commitment. The impact of emotional commitment and continuous commitment on active behavior increases with the increase of organizational justice. Organizational justice does not have a regulatory effect on the mediating role of normative commitment.
