Through hierarchical regression and bootstrap analysis, the findings reveal that there is a partial intermediary role of emotional commitment, normative commitment, and continuous commitment between inclusive leadership and active behavior. Organizational justice has a regulatory effect on the mediating role of emotional commitment and continuous commitment. The impact of emotional commitment and continuous commitment on active behavior increases with the increase of organizational justice. Abstract
