GESTÃO DOS CUIDADOS EM ENFERMAGEM NO CONTEXTO DA PANDEMIA DA COVID-19

Abstract

The objective of this work was to understand about the management of nursing care in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. Method: This is an integrative literature review carried out through the selection of scientific articles published in journals indexed in the databases of LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), PubMed Overview (National Library of Medicine) and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online). Articles with full text, available, in Portuguese and covering the years 2019 to 2022 that portray this pandemic scenario and that had publications on this topic. Results: In the end, 6 articles were selected for discussion, as they contemplated the objective of this study. After exploratory and critical reading, the articles were organized by the characterization of the studies. The results were based on the critical analysis of the articles, focusing on understanding about the management of nursing care in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially with regard to the contributions of practical and theoretical knowledge in nursing care in the context of nursing. pandemic and the importance of the protocols adopted based on this new reality. Conclusion: In view of the COVID-19 pandemic scenario, most studies point to the need to adopt strategies especially aimed at quality care, ranging from training professionals working in the front line, as well as meetings with hospital management in order to discuss and outline strategies to minimize the deficiencies and difficulties that involve health practice.
