Abstract

The work environment is a condition that affects the work of employees when carrying out their duties in social, psychological and physical life . This research aims to present a literature review of factors that affect the work environment and improve employee performance with motivation. This research method uses systematic literature reviews. Research data is obtained through internet searches in work environment journals and motivated employee performance improvements.
