REACH: A Guidance and Counseling Support System

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to provide aid to the Center for Guidance and Counseling Office in a University, This project caters to some of the services offered by the Guidance and Counseling Offices, providing decision making aid for the counselor in accordance to current laws implied for Guidance Counseling, and because of the pandemic the development of this system will create a much better process of online counseling, so that the students could adjust on their academic and socio-emotional needs with the help of the proposed platform/application to solve one of the current dilemmas of online learning to provide guidance in developing successful and honorable members of the society, amidst the new normal setting.
