Secondly, considering the bounded-rational behavior of users, the user’s utility function is modeled based on the prospect theory and the logit model. Last but not least, the paper analyzes the cost-effectiveness of electricity retailers participating in the multi-level market and constructs the optimization model of power retail strategy. Abstract

Since the demand-side resources have great potential to provide ancillary services, design of the electricity retail retail plans can be crucial in both 1) incentive the demand-side resources to provide ancillary services, and 2) become a new profit growth point for electricity retailers.
