Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, mapping, analisis dan interpretasi data. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian di lapangan adalah nilai cacah radiasi permenit (Cpm), temperatur tanah, elevasi dan data lintang bujur, data-data ini yang kemudian digunakan untuk membuat peta. ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian di wilayah perkebunan ubi kayu Desa Ndetundora III Nuabosi Kecamatan Ende Kabupaten Ende mengenai pemetaan distribusi kandungan radioisotop.
