The mode of providing for the aged at home in the community emphasizes the people-oriented and suits the situation of china, which is being vigorously implemented in china. However, in the process of operation, there are problems of supply and demand, low utilization of resources and poor quality of service. The application of Internet technology provides a new way of thinking for solving these problems. This paper discusses the core idea of "Internet plus community", and the way of realization of the concrete, so as to promote the development of the community home care model.
