There are received equations that allow determining the concrete uniformity depending on a number of the impacts of the mixer blades per unit of the concrete weight as well as on the concrete weight that act on the blades of the slow-speed mixer. The power function is adequately described by the experimental results of 98 % confidence probability. Abstract
