Abstract

Vision Based hand sign language recognition has gained wide attention among the researchers [1], [2], [3]. This technique serves as a medium of communication for hearing-disabled and vocally-impaired people. In the domain of sign language recognition, some authors used hard code algorithms like edge detection[4] and some investigated the use of AI-based algorithms to improve performance of existing implementations.
