RUSSIAN COSSACKS: CURRENT LEGAL STATUS, PROBLEMS AND NEAREST DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract

Настоящая статья содержит разноплановый анализ особенностей текущего положения казачества в современной правовой системе Российской Федерации, предложены и обоснованы возможные меры по совершенствованию законодательного регулирования деятельности казачьих обществ, повышения уровня взаимодействия российского казачества с органами публичной власти и его функционирования как целостной системы. This article contains a diverse analysis of the features of the current position of the Cossacks in the modern legal system of the Russian Federation, possible measures to improve the legislative regulation of the activities of the Cossack societies, increase the level of interaction of the Russian Cossacks with public authorities and its functioning as an integral system are proposed and justified.
