Abstract
Based on the method of variational mode decomposition, the fault feature of the electric actuator is extracted, and the degradation state of the whole life is modeled by the method of autoregressive moving average model, while the trend of degradation feature is predicted. This method is applied to the life prediction model of an electric actuator, and the total life of the actuator is obtained under the specified confidence level, which provides a reference for the health management of the electric actuator.
