The results show that only 42.4% of the organizations surveyed have a long-term purpose, 48% of the managers believe that people are not essential for the development of the strategy, 26.8% of the companies use the driver innovation and only 4% are considering artificial intelligence as a critical assumption for the future. As a consequence, to increase the dynamism in the businesses of the companies, the design of a model in stages is proposed, taking into account the impact of each of the variables and their correct location to achieve competitiveness.","PeriodicalId":365908,"journal":{"name":"3C Empresa. Abstract

It is of special importance for the scientific world to establish models for global competitiveness for emerging countries so that managers can manage their companies outside the paradigms that have been adopted for decades.
