Abstract

The following study is an exploratory research regarding the leadership characteristics that may work as prerequisites for a high job performance. The study was conducted as a dissertation for the completion of the Master’s studies program in Business Administration on a global context, as offered by Mediterranean College in partnership with University of Derby.
