Capacity loss of CDMA/PRMA protocol with imperfect power control loop for multimedia traffic

Abstract

This paper analyzes by simulation the capacity loss due to imperfections in the power control loop for the joint protocol CDMA/PRMA (Brand and Aghvami, 1996). It considers multimedia traffic for single and multiple cells with uniform traffic conditions.
